What is the condition of housing in Marion?  Is there a segment of the population with a specific housing need?  These are the questions to which the City hope to have answers by August.  The City recently contracted with the East Central Iowa Council of Governments (ECICOG) to conduct a Housing Needs Assessment for the entire community.  The Housing Needs Assessment should provide information regarding the condition of the exisiting housing stock, the number and type of housing units, and a whole host of important demographic information.  The results of the study will be used to help determine housing needs and possible assistance programs.  However, the City needs your help...

Exciting news:  We have hired Ralph Cortez to be the head coach this year.  Ralph also coaches the Linn Mar Boys Swim Team during the school year.

Ages: 6 through 10
Fee:   $60.00 -  Registration Deadline:  May 23, 2008 (a late fee of $5.00 will be added i you register after the deadline)
Swim Season:  June 9th - July 19th
                        Monday - Friday 7:00 to 8:20AM
