Block Parties

Individuals desiring to hold a block party in the street are required to complete a Hold Harmless Agreement. The completed form should be submitted to the City Manager's Office (City Hall), 1100 8th Avenue.

This form is necessary so that emergency vehicles can plan for blocked streets. The block must provide the barricades for the party.
