3.01    DIVISION INTO WARDS.  The City is divided into four (4) wards described as follows:

1.         Ward One.  Ward One shall include all that part of the City bounded by the following described line as follows:

Beginning at a point at which East Post Road intersects the southern most City boundary; thence proceeding northerly along East Post Road to the intersection with Meadowview Drive; thence easterly along Meadowview Drive to the intersection with S. 15^th Street; thence northerly along S. 15^th Street and 15^th Street to the intersection with 1^st Avenue; thence easterly along 1^st Avenue to the intersection with 22^nd Street; thence northerly along 22^nd Street to the intersection with 4^th Avenue; thence westerly along 4^th Avenue to the intersection with 20^th Street; thence northerly along 20^th Street to the intersection with 5^th Avenue; thence westerly along 5^th Avenue to the intersection with 19^th Street; thence northerly along 19^th Street to the intersection with 7^th Avenue; thence westerly along 7^th Avenue to the intersection with 18^th Street; thence northerly along 18^th Street to the intersection with English Boulevard; then continuing northerly along English Boulevard to the intersection with Park Avenue; thence westerly along Park Avenue to the intersection with 13^th Avenue; thence westerly along 13^th Avenue to the intersection with 7^th Street; thence southerly along 7^th Street to the intersection with Central Avenue; thence northwesterly along Central Avenue to the intersection with Alburnett Road; thence continuing northwesterly along Alburnett Road to the intersection with Indian Creek; thence along the centerline of Indian Creek in a southwesterly direction to the intersection with 8^th Avenue; thence westerly along 8^th Avenue to the intersection with Lindale Drive; thence southwesterly along Lindale Drive to the intersection with the south property line of the Chicago, Central and Pacific Railroad; thence westerly along the southern boundary of the Chicago, Central and Pacific Railroad to the intersection with the west City limits; thence southerly to the intersection with Blairs Ferry Road; thence westerly to the City boundary; thence southerly along the City boundary to the intersection with Lindale Drive; thence southerly along Lindale Drive to the City boundary; thence easterly along the City boundary to the intersection with 1^st Avenue; thence southeasterly along the City boundary to the intersection with U.S. Highway 100; thence southerly along the City boundary to the intersection with 40^th Street Drive; thence northwesterly along the City boundary to the intersection with Westover Road; thence southerly and easterly along the City boundary to the point of beginning.

2.         Ward Two.  Ward Two shall include all that part of the City bounded by the following described line as follows:

4.         Ward Four.  Ward Four shall include all that part of the City lying northerly and westerly of the previously described boundaries of Ward One, Ward Two and Ward Three.

3.02    PRECINCTS.  The City is hereby divided into twelve (12) election precincts as follows:

1.         Ward One, Precinct One.  Ward 1, Precinct 1 shall be all of Ward 1 of the City bounded by the following described line as follows:

Beginning at a point at the intersection of 13^th Avenue and 7^th Street; thence southerly on 7^th Street to the intersection with 1^st Avenue; thence easterly along 1^st  Avenue to the intersection with 22^nd Street; thence northerly along 22^nd Street to the intersection with 4^th Avenue; thence westerly along 4^th Avenue to the intersection with 20^th Street; thence northerly along 20^th Street to the intersection with 5^th Avenue; thence westerly along 5^th Avenue to the intersection with 19^th Street; thence northerly along 19^th  Street to the intersection with 7^th Avenue; thence westerly along 7^th Avenue to the intersection with 18^th Street; thence northerly along 18^th Street to the intersection of English Boulevard; thence continuing northerly along English Boulevard to the intersection with Park Avenue; thence westerly along Park Avenue to the intersection with 13^th  Avenue; thence westerly along 13^th  Avenue to the point of beginning..

2.         Ward One, Precinct Two.  Ward 1, Precinct 2 shall be all of Ward 1 of the City bounded by the following described line as follows:

Beginning at a point of intersection at 1^st Avenue and 15^th Street; thence westerly along 1^st Avenue to the intersection with 7^th Street; thence northerly along 7^th Street to the intersection with 3^rd Avenue; thence westerly along 3^rd Avenue to the intersection with 1^st Street; thence northerly along 1^st Street to the intersection with Marion Boulevard, thence southwesterly along Marion Boulevard to the intersection with Indian Creek; thence southwesterly along the centerline of Indian Creek to the City boundary; thence southwesterly along the City boundary to the intersection with 40^th Street Drive; thence northwesterly along the City boundary to the intersection with Westover Road; thence southwesterly along the City boundary to the intersection with Adel Street; thence easterly along the City boundary to the intersection with East Post Road; thence northerly along the centerline of East Post Road to the intersection with Meadowview Drive; thence easterly along Meadowview Drive to the intersection with South 15^th Street; thence northerly along South 15^th Street and 15^th Street to the point of beginning.

3.         Ward One, Precinct Three.  Ward 1, Precinct 3 shall be all of Ward 1 not included in Ward 1, Precinct 1 and Ward 1, Precinct 2.

4.         Ward Two, Precinct One. Ward 2, Precinct 1 shall be all of Ward 2 of the City bounded by the following described line as follows:

Beginning at point of intersection at 24^th Street and McGowan Boulevard; thence easterly along McGowan Boulevard to the intersection with 44^th Street; thence southerly along 44^th Street to the intersection with U.S. Highway 151; thence westerly along U.S. Highway 151 to the intersection with 35^th Street; thence northerly along 35^th Street to the intersection with 10^th Avenue; thence westerly along 10^th Avenue to the intersection with 30^th Street; thence northerly along 30^th Street to the intersection with 11^th Avenue; thence westerly along 11^th Avenue to the intersection with 27^th Street; thence northerly along 27^th Street to the intersection with 17^th Avenue; thence westerly along 17^th Avenue to the intersection with 24^th Street; thence northerly along 24^th Street to the point of beginning..

5.         Ward Two, Precinct Two.  Ward 2, Precinct 2 shall be all of Ward 2 of the City bounded by the following described line:

6.         Ward Two, Precinct Three.  Ward 2, Precinct 3 shall be all of Ward 2 not included in Ward 2, Precinct 1 and Ward 2, Precinct 2.

7.         Ward Three, Precinct One.  Ward 3, Precinct 1 shall be all of Ward 3 of the City bounded by the following described line as follows:

9.         Ward Three, Precinct Three.  Ward 3, Precinct 3 shall be all of Ward 3 not included in Ward 3, Precinct 1 and Ward 3, Precinct 2.

10.       Ward Four, Precinct One.  Ward 4, Precinct 1 shall be all of Ward 4 of the City lying easterly of the following described line:
