The City Council of the City of Marion, Linn County, Iowa met in special session, Tuesday, March 18, 2008, at 5:02 p.m. in the council chambers of City Hall with Mayor Rehn presiding and the following council members present:  Sprague, Adamson, Lammers, and Pazour.  Absent:  Spinks and Glew.

Resolution No. 19799 approving new application for a Class C Liquor Permit with additional privilege for outdoor and Sunday Sales for Creeke Bed Investors, LLC dba Indian Creek Country Club was read by Lammers.  Moved by Lammers, seconded by Pazour to approve Res. No. 19799.  All in favor, motion carried.

Mayor Rehn adjourned the meeting at 5:05 p.m.
