The following applications are relevant to the subdivision of property in Marion per Section 175 of the Marion Code of Ordinances. Final Plat Applications and Submittal Checklist
Shall be submitted with every final plat. Requests to final plat property must be received no later than 4:30 PM on the second Monday of every month. Please note that application for street signs and solid waste collection must be completed with final plat application and submittal checklist.
Preliminary Plat Applications and Submittal Checklist
Shall be submitted with every preliminary plat. Requests to preliminary plat property must be received no later than 4:30 PM on the second Monday of every month for the following months Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.
Plat of Surveys
May be submitted to the Planning & Development Department at anytime. Please note that all Plat of Survey requests are reviewed and approved by the Marion City Council.
