The following items are to go before the Marion Planning & Zoning Commission or Marion City Council.  The Planning & Development Department provided public notice via postcard per State Code and City Policy to adjacent property owners.  If you should have any question about any agenda item please feel free to contact us.  All meetings are located in the City Council Chambers at Marion City Hall (1225 6th Avenue).  Please note these development projects involved public notice via postcards to adjacent property owners and it is not a comprehensive list of all public hearings.  Please review the current city council agendas for a complete list.
