Internet Resource List
The material accessible from these pages was not developed by the Marion Public Library.
The Internet, as an information resource, enables the library to provide information from beyond the confines of its own collection. It allows access to ideas, information and commentary from around the globe.
However, the Internet is an unregulated medium. As such it offers access to a wealth of material that is personally, professionally, and culturally enriching to individuals of all ages. It also enables access to some material that may be erroneous, out-of-date, illegal, or which some may find offensive or controversial. Individual users must accept responsibility for determining content.
As with printed sources, not all sources provide accurate, complete or current information. Each individual needs to be a good information consumer, questioning the validity of the information found.
Any questions? Call the Marion Library at 377-3412 and ask for the Information Desk.
