The purpose of this form is to report illegal or illicit discharges of non-storm water, non-irrigation runoff to the storm water runoff system within the City of Marion limits.

Fill in the appropriate information and click the submit button below. A City of Marion official will investigate all reports received and take any and all appropriate enforcement actions necessary to rectify the discharge.
