ORDINANCE 05-38
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO GAMBLING DEVICES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARION, IOWA:

SECTION 1. Section 50.02 of the Code of Ordinances is amended by deleting subparagraph 10 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
           10. All gambling devices, slot machines and punch boards not authorized by state law.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
