MEETING NOTICE
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

The Marion Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, February 21, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 1100 8^th Avenue, Marion, Iowa, for their regular monthly meeting.  The agenda is as follows:

a.                  Motion to receive and file all correspondence from applicants and staff reports regarding variance requests on the February 21, 2006 Marion Zoning Board of Adjustment agenda.

6.                  APPEALS -

1. Todd Rizzio, 1082 4^th Street, Marion, Iowa – Requesting a variance from Section 176.10-3D of the Marion Code of Ordinances to allow less than the required corner side yard setback for an addition to the principle structure.

   ZBA Resolution No. 06-01 approving variance request.
   ZBA Resolution No. 06-01 denying variance request.
