The Marion Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, September 20, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 1100 8th Avenue, Marion, Iowa, for their regular monthly meeting.  The agenda is as follows:

a. Motion to receive and file all correspondence from applicants and staff reports regarding variance requests on the September 20, 2005 Marion Zoning Board of Adjustment agenda.

5. APPEALS -

a. Leland E. Regal, 382 6th Avenue, Marion, Iowa - Requesting a variance from Section 176.11-3(C) of the Marion Code of Ordinances to allow less than the required 25 foot front yard setback for an enclosed porch in the R-3 zoning district.
