ORDINANCE NO. 05-39

ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF 35^TH AVENUE TO
TOWER TERRACE ROAD

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MARION, IOWA:

           Section 1.  That from and after the effective date of this Ordinance, the name of the street now known as and platted as 35^th Avenue shall be changed and shall be known as “Tower Terrace Road”.

          Section 2.  That a copy of this Ordinance shall be recorded as required in Chapter 354.26 of the Code of Iowa.

          Section 3.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication as by law provided.
