All Reservations need to be made in person.  We accept cash or checks only.

Park Pavilion Rentals

Park pavilion reservations are completed in person at the Parks and Recreation Office. We do not make reservations over the phone. You may call the office, 377-4846,
to check availability.

Pavilions may be reserved for the dates beween May 1 and Sept. 30. Beer permits are required, no additional
charge. Beer in cans only. No kegs or bottles allowed. No
hard liquor.

Rental hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 4 to 10 p.m. All
pavilions feature electricity, running water and grills.

Trash must be placed in containers provided.

Reservations are made in person only Monday thru Friday 8AM-5PM
Payment of cash or check is due at that time.
An additional charge of $100 for your wedding if conducted here and also if you want to rent on a holiday.  Holidays are available only on staff availability. 

Non-Smoking building.  Alcohol requests are reviewed on a case by case basis by the Marion Park Board.  If permission is granted; wine and beer will be allowed.  Beer in cans and no hard liquor.   (I moved this up from bottom)

HICKORY  (10 round tables)  60 people

THE OAKS
Red Oak: 6 round tables  36-48 people
White Oak: 8 round tables 48-64 people

If rented as one large room  90-120 people

KITCHEN
The kitchen is included with your rental at no extra charge, however the first person who rents a room for that day, gets the kitchen, unless they decline to use it.  Kitchen not available with Sunburst.

SUNBURST (8 small square tables) 32 people
Small room for non-profit groups and very small meeting groups
Weekdays: After 3PM    $15.00/hr
Weekends: 9AM-3PM or 4PM-10PM  $75.00
Weekends:  All Day   $100.00
