The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Marion, Iowa, will meet Tuesday, February 14, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Marion City Hall, 1100 8th Avenue, Marion, Iowa for their regular monthly meeting.  The agenda is as follows:

a. CPC Resolution No. 06-03 regarding Edgebrooke Addition – Revised Preliminary Plat located east of Indian Creek Road and west of Edgebrook Drive.  (Case #05-68)

a. Discussion regarding Comprehensive Planning / Sub-area Planning.
