The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Marion, Iowa, will meet Tuesday, July 11, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Marion City Hall, 1100 8th Avenue, Marion, Iowa for their regular monthly meeting.  The agenda is as follows:

a. CPC Resolution No. 06-20 regarding Prairie Bend Addition Preliminary Plat and Preliminary Development Plan located south of Tower Terrace Road, west of 35th Street in Marion, Linn County, Iowa (Morris Wood, LLC).  (Case# 06-62)
