What is a nuisance?

As defined by city code a nuisance is “Whatever is injurious to the senses, or an obstruction to the free use of property so as essentially to interfere with the comfortable enjoyment of life or property, is a nuisance.”  Nuisances are classified with respect to whether they are public or private nuisances, although a nuisance may be both public and private.

Papa Murphy’s has submitted plans to remodel a tenant space in the new WalMart Store.

Plans for a multi-tenant strip mall to be constructed at 5475 Dyer Avenue have been submitted for review.

Culver’s Restaurant has submitted plans for a new building at 1375 Red Fox Way.

Curt Hames has submitted plans for a 3 tenant building to be constructed at 500 Marion Boulevard.

Plans for the Marion Senior Living project at 3505 English Glen have been submitted.
