OAK SHADE CEMETERY

The Marion Parks Department is also in charge of the
upkeep for the Oak Shade Cemetery.

Price per space is
$550, if not an immediate need spaces may be purchased
on contract with 20% down, balance paid 12 months, no
interest.

Spring clean-up date is March 15; all winter decorations
must be removed. New decorations may be placed
after May 15. Fall clean-up date is October 10; holiday
decorations may be placed after Thanksgiving.

Park Pavilion Rentals

Park pavilion reservations are completed in person at
the Parks and Recreation Office, 4500 Tenth Street. We do not make reservations over the phone. You may call 377-4846,
to check availability.

Pavilions may be reserved for the dates beween May
1 and Sept. 30. Beer permits are required, no additional
charge. Beer in cans only. No kegs or bottles allowed. No
hard liquor.

Rental hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 4 to 10 p.m. All
pavilions feature electricity, running water and grills.

Trash must be placed in containers provided.
