6. APPEALS -

a. Steve Etzel, Ask, Inc., owner of 1220 Terrace Street, Marion, Iowa- Requesting a variance from Section 176.10-3D of the Marion Code of Ordinances to allow less than the required side yard setback for an addition to the principle structure (attached garage).

ZBA Resolution No. 07-01 denying variance request.
