a. Casey’s Marketing Company, 2020 7th Avenue, Marion, Iowa – Requesting a variance from Section 172.22-3E of the Marion Code of Ordinances to allow less than the required 15 foot rear yard setback for and addition to a commercial structure in C-3 General Commercial zoning district when it abuts a residential district.
