The City is preparing to complete the city-wide update of the Marion Zoning Map for former city council wards 1 and 3. City Staff will be holding and open house on Thursday July 28, 2022 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Marion City Hall (1225 6th Avenue) to present the proposed amendments.

The Marion Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to review the changes on August 9, 2022 at 6 p.m. The proposed zoning map updates reflect both current land uses as well as the goals and objectives of the Marion Comprehensive Plan.  For project information and updates please visit www.cityofmarion.org/zoningmapupdate
