Marion Mayor Nick AbouAssaly will review the City's accomplishments of the past year and look ahead to 2018 and beyond during the 24th annual Marion State of the City luncheon. It will take place on Thursday, Jan. 25 from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Cedar Rapids Marriott, 1200 Collins Road NE.
Reservations for the luncheon are $35 per person and $350 for a table for 10 and may be purchased online via the Linn County LWV website, www.lwvlinncounty.org. Tickets will not be mailed in advance. There is no cost to attend the presentation only, but reservations are requested.
The event is co-sponsored by the League of Women Voters (LWV) of Linn
County and the City of Marion, with support from Marion businesses.
