If you will be utilizing public property as part of an activity in the course of business or while hosting an event, you may need to complete a Special Event Hold Harmless Agreement Application or a Street/Right-of-Way Hold Harmless Agreement Application. Both agreements are reviewed by staff and may require Council approval. 

Please note: if your application includes use of pavilion or park, make your reservation through the Marion Parks & Recreation Department prior to applying. 

Please be aware that there are several construction projects in and around Marion Square Park and the Depot due to redevelopment on that block.
