This board has been put in place to hear and decide appeals of orders, decisions or determinations made by the building official relative to the application and interpretation of nuisance enforcement and property maintenance issues.

The Nuisance Enforcement and Property Maintenance Advisory Board meets on the first Tuesday of December, March, June, and September, at 6 p.m., at Marion City Hall, 1225 6th Ave. Special meetings may be called on other dates, please contact the Building Services at 319-743-6330 for more information.
