The City of Marion is in the process of transitioning to NEW Community Development Project and Permitting Software starting Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2024. As such, our current Online Permit Service will no longer be available starting at 2 p.m. today, Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2024. 

We will continue to process permits via email or in person at Marion City Hall. A permit application can be completed and submitted according to the instructions on the application. Payment must be made in person. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

More information on new online capabilities will be shared by the end of the month.
