Plumbing phases of construction are inspected by combination inspectors who check for compliance with local codes.

To Apply:
- Review the Plumbing Code of the Marion City Code
- Complete the application including valuation of project
- Submit application via email to: buildingpermits@cityofmarion.org
- Contractors may apply through our Online Permit Service
Next Steps:
Once your application has been submitted, staff will process the request within one-two business days. A Permit Tech will contact you via phone or email for payment. The issued permit and a receipt will be emailed to the email address provided on the application..
