During the project all properties will have access to them, how they are accessed may change depending on which section is of the intersection is closed.
Beginning on Monday, May 2, 2016 the southern leg will be closed from 29th Avenue to 28th Avenue (South Leg). There will be a detour setup that will direct vehicles from 31st Street to McGowan Boulevard.
Once the southern leg is completed the entire intersection will be closed for the installation of the center island.
The total project has been allotted 45 working days to complete ( roughly 9 weeks with no weather or utility delays).
