Stormwater Utility Fee to Increase December 1
Effective Dec. 1, 2017, Marion residents will see a 25 cent Stormwater Utility fee increase on their City utility bills – going from $4.92 to $5.17 per month. Since most residents are on a 2-month billing schedule, this will translate to a 50 cent increase per billing cycle.

On Monday, Nov. 20, four Marion firefighters and Chief Deb Krebill will travel to the State Capitol where Governor Kim Reynolds will present the 2017 Sullivan Brothers’ Award of Valor to Jeff Hoover, Peter Lammer, Jeremy Smith and Zachary Bruce.

Ribbon Cutting Set for October 11 to Dedicate Marion's Newest Park
The park is located at 6303 Partners Avenue, east of Highway 13 and south of Highway 151, and adjacent to the 184-acre Marion Enterprise Center. It will open to the public immediately following the ribbon cutting ceremony.
