Effective Dec. 1, 2017, Marion residents will see a 25 cent Stormwater Utility fee increase on their City utility bills – going from $4.92 to $5.17 per month. Since most residents are on a 2-month billing schedule, this will translate to a 50 cent increase per billing cycle.
